Dr. Ryan Conkle earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry, where he built a strong foundation in modern, patient-focused dentistry. Early in his training, he discovered his passion for transforming smiles and improving lives through precise, compassionate care.

After graduating, Dr. Conkle proudly served in the United States Navy, completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, Illinois. There, he received extensive hands-on training in all areas of dentistry — including endodontics, oral surgery, cosmetic, restorative, and prosthodontic procedures. Working alongside top specialists in a fast-paced environment helped shape his comprehensive, detail-driven approach to treatment.

Following his military service, Dr. Conkle completed a post-graduate fellowship in Implant Dentistry at the California Implant Institute, one of the nation’s leading programs for advanced implant education. He also finished the All-on-Four surgical externship, gaining specialized expertise in full-arch implant rehabilitation. This advanced training allows him to deliver innovative, life-changing implant solutions that restore comfort, confidence, and function for his patients.

Dr. Conkle is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry — the highest level of certification in implant dentistry. This prestigious distinction reflects his exceptional skill, dedication to continuing education, and commitment to clinical excellence.

Outside of the dental office, Dr. Ryan Conkle enjoys a rich and fulfilling personal life. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Diane, and a proud father to their daughter, Ella. Together, they love traveling, discovering new restaurants, and exploring cities both near and far. The family cherishes the beauty of Southern California and can often be found enjoying a quiet evening watching the sunset over the coast.

A true sports enthusiast, Dr. Conkle is also an avid NBA fan. He and his colleague, Dr. Garcia, share a passion for basketball and make it a point to see the Phoenix Suns play live at least once or twice a year — a tradition they look forward to every season.
